Shipping and Returns
Can I return or exchange anything in my order?
We do not keep an active stock of our products as they are all made-to-order or limited-run products. As a result, we do not accept merchandise returns. However, we understand that things happen, and products can arrive damaged. In the event a product is damaged, please notify us.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic USA orders typically take 2 weeks
When we can ship, international orders will take around 30 days
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping domestically in the United States. We hope to fix this soon and will be updating this frequently when we have new information.
Where do you ship from?
College Bookcore partners with several trusted printers around the United States and internationally. Any custom items will ship from Virginia.
Product Questions
What size should I buy?
Each product listing showcases a size chart. Our advice is to measure a garment in your closet and one that fits as desired (tight or baggy) to determine the size you want.
How are your shirts made?
Our Print Providers print custom products using Direct-to-garment (DTG). We do not use vinyl or screen printing.
How do I care for my shirt or sweatshirt?
Wash your garment inside out in a cold gentle cycle and let it hang dry to best protect the integrity of the prints. Since 2020 when this business started, we have not had any issues with the prints fading or chipping using this method. All of our samples are tested in the wash to make sure they can withstand these instructions.
What blanks do you use and can I request my shirt be printed on a different blank?

Troubleshooting
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please reach out to us within 2 weeks of the date your product was meant to arrive. We will do all we can to help you locate your missing package and understand that packages can get stolen or lost in the mail.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
First of all, we are so sorry! We strive to have correct orders with no issues, but mistakes can happen with the volume our printer ships out on a weekly basis. Secondly, please reach out to us via our contact page so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I made a mistake on my order. Can you help me correct it?
If you made a mistake on your order such as picking wrong size or entering the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible and include the correct information in the message you send. We begin production on each order quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept order cancellations. Our items are made to order and we begin production quickly.
