This design pays respect to the mission of the book and the characters in it, a belief that there can be a better future. This shirt was designed to look like a national park or nature conservation shirt at first glance, calling to mind the spaces Katniss feels most at peace and safe. It is a reminder of the hard work and many hands that come together in this story and also in our world to build spaces of protection, peace, and want a better world.
